Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using any part of the jilivo platform. By registering an account, you confirm your acceptance of all terms set out below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilivo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services offered through https://jilivo.im, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, deposit and withdrawal facilities, and all promotional programs.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or bet on jilivo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility
To access the full range of services on jilivo, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporate entity for gambling purposes;
- You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by jilivo for any breach of these Terms;
- The information you provide during registration is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly unlawful.
jilivo reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. This may include requesting a copy of your national identity card (NID), passport, or any other document reasonably required to confirm your identity and age. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
2. Deposits and Withdrawals
jilivo accepts deposits exclusively via the local payment methods listed on the cashier page at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. This list may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your jilivo account balance in Bangladeshi Taka and are typically processed within minutes of submission, subject to the availability of the selected payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is stated on the cashier page and is subject to change. jilivo aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business conditions, though actual transfer times may vary depending on your payment provider.
All payment accounts used on jilivo must be registered solely in your own legal name. jilivo will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use payment methods belonging to another individual will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may trigger an immediate account review.
3. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, jilivo offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is made available. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms and wagering requirements associated with that promotion.
General bonus conditions that apply across all jilivo promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
- Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — as specified per individual promotion;
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, scratch cards, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero contribution;
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry;
- jilivo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
jilivo may run seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh-specific events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other local occasions. These promotions will be governed by their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus conditions.
4. Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games available on jilivo use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino products, use physical dealing equipment overseen by trained studio dealers. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of any action taken by jilivo staff.
For sports betting markets, including cricket BPL, T20, IPL, and international fixtures:
- Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at jilivo's discretion;
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, jilivo's rules for that specific market will govern settlement — typically resulting in stakes being returned unless specific in-play outcomes have already been determined;
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet;
- jilivo reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical error or data feed failure.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records held by jilivo's system shall be considered authoritative, subject to any manifest technical error. Disputes must be submitted to jilivo support within 72 hours of the relevant event. jilivo will endeavour to investigate and respond to all formal disputes within 14 business days.
5. Responsible Gaming

jilivo strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Players who are found to be under the required age will have their accounts closed immediately, and any deposits made will be returned less any amounts withdrawn during the period of underage use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the jilivo platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, audio, video, and software — is the property of jilivo or its third-party content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilivo platform without express prior written permission from jilivo.
7. Limitation of Liability
The jilivo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilivo shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
- Any service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
- Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain password security;
- Any technical errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected under jilivo's dispute resolution process;
- Any internet connectivity issues affecting your ability to place bets or complete transactions.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit jilivo's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
jilivo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this document.
This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through jilivo's customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration under terms to be communicated by jilivo at the relevant time.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
